Set up a Bare Trust ( for SMSF borrowing )
Please be aware that different banks have different requirements in regards to the trust deeds. We have submitted our deed to many different banks and have had to update and amend it according to the feedback we have recieved. If your bank requests a change we are more than happy to do any amendments for you FREE OF CHARGE.
IMPORTANT
The Trustee for the Bare Trust must be different to the trustee for the SMSF. Banks usually require corporate trustees for both. Please set up the corporate trustee before ordering the trust.
If the SMSF already exists, it is preferable to have a corporate trustee and you can order the change of details documents through Legal E Docs.
