Change of Trustee for a SMSF

Please use this form when adding or removing trustees of a self managed superannuation fund. We will send you all the relevant documents to update the fund, as well as a change of details form for the ATO.

In order for us to complete the order, we also require a copy of the establishing trust deed and any amendments for the fund. This is to process the amended deed showing all changes. Please email to alix@mcmasters.com.au as part of the order.
