We are more than happy to help. Please use this form for any of the administrative tasks and we will prepare and lodge documents as necessary for you.

  • Preparation and lodgement of ASIC Forms to do the following:
    • Update registered office address
    • Update principal place of business
    • Update Officeholders addresses
    • Add or remove Directors
    • Issue of shares
    • Transfer of shares
    • Change of company name (A fee from ASIC will be charged and be payable by you or your client)
  • Making changes to Legal E Docs documents due to errors in original order form
  • Any other general changes or updates that we can assist with.
  • Request printing of Legal E docs documents

Pricing structure


  • Admin level 1:     $50 + GST
  • Admin level 2:     $100 + GST
  • Admin level 3:     $200 + GST
  • Admin level 4:     $250 + GST
  • Admin level 5:     $300 + GST
  • Basic printing:           $40 + GST
  • Premium printing:         $60 + GST
  • Email sign and return:    $20 + GST
